This platform turns children’s drawings into short animated videos, offering a hands-on way to mix creativity and storytelling. With a growing user base and increasingly complex rendering workloads, it began to experience response delays and infrastructure strain. We rebuilt the architecture around containerized services, GPU-accelerated processing, and auto-scaling policies fine-tuned to media-heavy traffic. The new setup reduced latency, enabled larger animation batches, and ensured stable performance during campaigns, classroom projects, and seasonal traffic peaks—while keeping the system flexible for future feature expansion.

To support growing demand for digital radio, the Customer launched a feature-rich streaming platform designed for broad accessibility. We developed a cross-platform mobile app from scratch, integrating live broadcasting, multi-criteria search, localized content, and social media feeds. Listeners can discover trending stations, view song metadata, save favorites, and share content with ease. Featuring dual playback modes, multilingual support, and AirPlay compatibility, the app delivers a smooth, accessible user experience. These additions helped the Customer reach new audiences while giving broadcasters modern tools to grow their presence.

The Customer’s media management suite, developed over many years, required a technical overhaul to keep up with new demands in content production and distribution. Working closely with the in-house team, we updated backend modules, refactored legacy code, and improved architecture for better maintainability. Obsolete methods were replaced, dependencies cleaned up, and the system was partially migrated to a cloud environment. We also resolved long-standing issues like broken clusters and indexing bugs while expanding test coverage. These upgrades boosted responsiveness and prepared the solution for long-term adaptability in managing editorial, video, and audio workflows.

To make its news content more accessible, the Customer commissioned a mobile application adapted for both iOS and Android platforms. We developed a solution that provides real-time updates, organized topic sections, and smooth navigation between articles. Users can personalize their reading layout, share news across social platforms, and access curated information with just a few taps. Nonintrusive ads were integrated in the form of banners and interstitials, creating a new revenue stream without disrupting the experience. After the success of the iOS version, development continued for Android extending its reach to mobile-first users with timely, easy-to-consume content.

The Customer operates a network of digital ad panels equipped with embedded cameras that adjust content based on audience data. We redesigned the Back Office interface and implemented a range of tools for campaign setup, content scheduling, and performance tracking. Advertisers can now view statistics by demographic segments and time intervals, allowing them to tailor visuals to specific environments—such as youth-focused ads near university campuses. Our team also improved API integration and refined the UI for quick, intuitive control over display logic, layout, and reporting.

The Customer launched a platform designed to connect brands with bloggers and content creators for social media campaigns. We joined the project to refactor the initial unstable codebase and expand its functionality. Our team implemented features like campaign creation, a built-in messenger, application workflows for creators, and data tracking tools for performance metrics. Each module was thoroughly tested to support a growing number of active campaigns. These updates turned the platform into a centralized space for managing influencer relationships, simplifying collaboration and driving visibility for both sides.
